On-Site Management Process

Phase 1: Conduct a preliminary review of the business.

  • Desktop review of financial statements
  • Trend report and industry benchmarking
  • Profitability analysis
  • Tax return review
  • Regulatory filings compliance
  • Interviews with key managers, stakeholders and certain employees
  • Facility tour and observations
  • Verbal debriefing
  • Written summary of issues, causes and solutions

Phase 2: Develop a conceptual plan for the turnaround or resolution of issues.

  • Develop conceptual plan from preliminary review
  • Identify costs and timing of strategic initiatives
  • Present alternatives
  • Decide on senior management role (CEO,CFO,VP-Operations) for Robert L Webb and Associates
  • Sign agreement for implementation

Phase 3: Assume the key operating management role for the transition

  • Complete the detailed turnaround plan
  • Assume responsibility and authority for implementation
  • Implement the new organization structure
  • Begin all identified initiatives
  • Report on progress at 30 day intervals
  • Update the plan as needed
  • Issue final report with results

The nature of the engagement requires us to be tough-minded, while acting fairly.
